Inez Reyes, a young woman who defected from the cult Khdes Populus, takes it upon herself to save her sister Antonia before she gets buried alive in a ceremony meant to “baptize” its initiates.

As Inez and Antonia flee the cult leaders’ mansion where Antonia was held captive, Inez’s true intentions for the rescue emerge when Antonia and the cult leaders challenge her on what the truth is and isn’t.
